I also requested for a trial of REJUVENEX18 and Lushilluminations. I managed to resolve the issue with rejuvenex and they refunded my money, I did recieve products and returned them to rejuvenex, I also recieved products from Lush which was meant to be a trial product for £4.50 I have not been able to resolve anything with lushilluminations and as you can see from the details below they have billed me as lush and clearly young, I have also tried to contact them via email, the response is for you to contact them on the phone, if you do get an answer the automated response then tells you to leave a message. Theres is an address on the packaging I will try to write to but its to a place called Bluffdale?

On checking out the site again, one link I followed to take me to the lush illuminations site now takes you to https://www.deadseakit.com/
I have advised my bank of the situation on 2 occassions, and also advised the company is not contactable, I am hoping this will resolve my issue but the bank said they cannot guarantee the company will not take more money from my account, but I will be refunded from the bank if they do. I will wait and see what happens.
