I responded to an advert on TalkTalk website for a free sample of clearly young fluid in or around early October 2012. I provided my credit card details for the postage and packing. Shortly afterwards I received a small 15ml bottle of the fluid and tried it. I didn't like the feel of the fluid on my skin and threw the sample away. I then noticed a payment on my credit card statement for $99.92. I tried to contact the company without success and eventually logged a complaint on Scambook. The company stated on Scambook that the complaint had been resolved as it had agreed to reimburse me. This is not the case! The company have taken a further payment from my card of $82.77 and say I'm not entitled to refund of the initial amount because that was charged for the sample that I received. I want everyone to be aware of this fraudulent offer! This company advertise a free sample and then charge you for it once they have your credit card details. Please everyone beware - do not ask this company for any free samples no matter what their advert says. THE SAMPLE IS NOT FREE!!!
