In june 2011 i signed a one year contract with vodafone for a internet plug in devoice. and all was going well ontill 5 months into the contract when they stopped sending me a bill.I rang them on 5 diffence occations to requist a bill but never received a reply.
then on the 15/08/2012 i received a letter from a solicitors company demanding a payment of 257.30 euros within 14 days. this is the same ply used on me by the 02 network a few years ago.the reason they stop sending bill is in the hope that you fall behind on your payments, so thay then cut you off and then change you a discorection fee. i not sure if this pactice is unlawful but feel it should be.i did agree a repayment plan of 10 euros a week ontill its paid in full. And i will be sticking by this agreement by direct payments to vodafone. but would love tohear you,r oppion on this matter. could you please write to me at Ronan Potts 11a Caheroyan Road Athenry Co Galway
