I want to relate to as many people as possible about the sneaky tactic’s Vodafone are using to Rip their customers Off. I thought i was buying a contract for £15 per month, which would give me a free “oldish” phone - 300 minutes, and unlimited free txt’s , per month. A standard promotion offered by most mobile phone companies. I can tell everyone, that Vodafone are just a huge Rip-Off and i would advise every prospectivbe customer to Vodafone, do not buy into this promotion. I can honestly tell you that in 9 months i’ve had the phone i have not had one bill for £15 !! I have been getting bills for between £30/£50. I have now stopped the direct debit because they are just taking the Piss. I want this to go before an Ombudsman. They lied in their advert and promotion, their intention was to Con the customer out of as much money as poss. I would love Vodafone to take me to court for slander, and prove i am lying. They wont do that because they will have to answer to many questions. Believe me i will never spend another penny with this company, they are Ripping –Off the customer and do not care, as long as they get your money. Then when you try to complain, and the furthest you get is an idiot in Bangladesh, who cant even tell the time. DO NOT go to VODAFONE. They are a disgrace
