Dear Sir /Madam
I would like to make a complaint against Vodafone for excessive call charges and mis-leading advertising.
I purchased a mobile phone on Feb of this year on the understanding that i would receive 300 minutes talk time and unlimited txt messages.
I believed this to be more than enough for my needs, and can honestly say that all the time i have had the phone, it has broken down and had to be repaired. I have Never exceeded my 300 minutes of phone to phone call time.
Nor have i ever received an invoice for the £15 i was originally promised, as part of my contract.
I have been receiving bills for between £30 and this £47 !!
I think it is a disgrace that these phone companies are Ripping-Off their customers and no one can do anything about it. I have this day cancelled my Direct Debit, and would ask that this company be investigated, for their excessive phone charges and mis-leading advertisements.
When i first got my phone i had to ask Vodafone 4 times to put a Bar on my phone so it cannot be used to call premium rate numbers, this i hoped they did, but it took me 4 calls.
Vodafone do not like to give their customers any honest information and are only concerned about getting as much money as they can from their customers !!
I would very much like to see this matter go to court where i can ask a judge to make a ruling.
I know that a ruling would be made in my favour.
I would also like to ask you for any help and advice you can pass on to me whilst you investigate this company.
