I received a package of Colon Zlenze in the mail - which I did not order. Went to check my bank statement to see if I had been charged anything unusual. Found on 7/2/12 that I had a $99.90 charge to this company and the phone number was listed. The next day I called and spoke with "Mark". He knew immediately what the charge total was - explained he would close my account and refund me a check in 5-7 days. I waited 12 days - counting weekends - before I tried to call back. This time - the phone rings - but after a couple of rings - their is only silence. They don't hang up on you - just no one talks to you. I tried this about 6 times - no success in talking with anyone. I called the phone number for the name of the company listed on the return label for the Colon Klenze - they said it is a scam and they are not the ones sending the item out - than anyone can copy their name and address. She said they had had lots of calls about this. I don't know if they are part of the scam - or are being used - but I hope this charge does not turn up again on my account. I turned my bank card in and changed to a different number - that way hopefully they can't attach my bank again.
