Like the rest of the people who have complained,the same thing happened to me.Rung up twice initially to say there was problems with my computer.Ignored them,but the third time they rang,I let them 'repair' the so called computer virus's.They were on the phone for approx. 45 mins,and at the end of the session I was £225 out of pocket on my debit card.They gave me a number in Manchester to ring,which I have to try,but I dont doubt it dosent exist.
