I was called by NAIS Business Solutions and was told by a technician that I had multiple problems with my personal computer. NAIS Business Solutions would correct all of the problems if I payed the company $369.00. The company did not correct the problems and I had to pay another company to fix the computer. I called NAIS Business Solutions and stated that the problems were not corrected by them and that I demanded a refund. I requested a refund, which NAIS Businee Solutions stated in an E-mail the company would refund to my account. NAIS Business Solution never gave the refund to me as promised.
