A person who claims to be sergeant miller, request to add me on facebook, I add him we started talking, for around 3 months now, He told me that he had a package in the safeguard house in ghana, and send me a certificate, he said that he found the money when he was on parol in agaistan and that the package us at the natural security company in ghana,Around june july he asked me to send money to ghana it started from 250 to 2,500 the money was borrowed from a friend,the 2,500 was to collect the so call package when it comes to england so another person that lives in england took that money from my friend an all now i dont see any package i have a phone no for ghana and i still have them on skype so that they can be traced, the phoe no is 00233546740220 thats ghana number and the one that lives her his no is 07741643250
