I booked two tickets on Expedia for my kids' round trip to Morocco. When we got to the Casablanca airport for the return trip, we were told that their tickets were canceled, and I'd have to buy new tickets and resolve the problem in Madrid. Lo and behold, when we got to Madrid, the tickets were not canceled. So far, Expedia has done absolutely nothing for me, though I've called several times and gotten all the way to Tier 3. They just keep asking for more info, and then say "we can't help you." So maddening. This is absolutely the last time I will use Expedia.
