You must contact Network 36 Holdings to get removed. Confirmation? NONE - have your credit card company on the line to make sure they are aware of this scam. Seems several companies are involved and they are all pointing the fingers at someone else. Extreem HCG, Wellness Center, Network 36 Holdings.
