Ordered on 7/7/2012; rec'd 7/15-16; address wrong & no one signed. found it on front porch on 15th or 16th! Today I received MY FIRST E-MAIL(NO-REPLY ADDRESS) telling me to contact Cust Srv. I did IMMEDIATELY. It says 30 day free trial-return w/i 14 days-WHAT IT DOESN'T SAY IS THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 10 DAYS TO TRY THE PRODUCT; IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, THEN YOU MUST RETURN IT W/I 14 DAYS - AFTER NOTIFYING CUST SRV & RECEIVING AN RMA#-THAT MUST BE USED W/THE ORIGINAL MAILING STICKER! "Rick" @ Dermapure said that they had tried to chrg my acct 4 times & it didn't go through-HURRAY! So they "cancelled me"-but I still owe the 89.95+S&H SINCE I DON'T HAVE THE RETURN LABEL!! He said the 14 days BEGAN from DATE ORDERED-NOT DATE "RECEIVED"- Now 7/25 & THEY WANT THEIR $ OR RETURN (impossible since I have no label)!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! Who could tell if it really works if you only got to use it for 10 days??? SO NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Dermapure is going to charge me $89.95+S&H FOR THE "FREE TRIAL"!! GET THIS - IT'S NOT FREE - YOU GET THE PRODUCT AND YOU PAY FOR THE 30 DAYS "FREE TRIAL" 10 DAYS FROM ORDERING - PERIOD! SCAM! AND BTW, RICK@DERMAPURE HAS MY CC#!! AND I KNOW THEY WILL CHRG ME WHEN I DECIDE TO PUT $ IN MY ACCT - THE FACT THAT EVERYONE IN CUST SRV CAN PULL UP YOUR CC INFO IS A VERY BAD IDEA!! NORMALLY USE PAYPAL BUT THEY DON'T TAKE PAYPAL..OR PAYPAL WON'T TAKE "THEM"!! DON'T FALL FOR THIS!!
