Called saying they were from Microsoft reporting errors on my system because I don't have the extended Windows warranty. They show you how to see how many error messages you have had then say your computer is going to crash if you don't have them repair it. They take control of your computer via a system even before you fully allow it then eventually tell you their company name is Global Connect Cloud after she told me that she worked for Microsoft 3 times. They really scare you then ask you to verify that you do not feel pressure or threats when I said I did she hit the verify button anyway - remember they have control of your computer. I tried to google them but they diverted my screen from that so I took my iPad and searched and found them on this site. By then I had entered mt cc number so I said I am not buying this I hung up and called my cc company to stop the charges which they did do. I should have trusted my first instincts I fought and questioned them the whole time but they are quite undaunted and perhaps used to it. Don't trust them
