i ordered from another compny and did not have this problem.

- I had the same problem with this website. I called and talked to someone who told me that one of the pages that you used to sign up for the $4.95 told you that this was a subscription and if you did not cancel within the correct time limit, you would be charged every month. She promised me a refund of $100 since they had taken $150 from my account. I have not received anything from them. Good luck.
