I saw this company's advert on Yahoo on 22.6.12. I placed an order and immediately became suspicious when they charged me 99p for insurance, which was not on the advert. I phoned at once and cancelled the order. Next day I received two order receipts. Tried to phone, but closed at weekend. Rang on 25th and was told order had been posted. Tablets arrived today 29th. To return them I have to have an RMA number. I phoned twice and was kept on hold for a total of 16+ minutes. I have asked my credit card company to block any further reequests for payment.
