I sent for a free trial costing £2.49 plus .99p Post & Packaging. I received the trial offer about 10 days later they then proceeded to take another £69.95 on 16.10.2012 and £67.44 on 15.11.2012 I have contacted my bank about their practices but it has not yet been sorted out by them.According to the bank they(Slimvia) had 15days to deliver another shipment which they failed to do it was approximately 38days from receiving another shipment on 22.11.2012 which I had cancelled with them I immediately sent the package back on 24.11.2012. How can I get my money back and stop other people getting scammed

- i too was caught out by this scam, i actually didn,t recieve the slimvida til the weekend before they were taking the money, i went to the bank on the monday but they,d already applied to take the 1st payment so i lost the £68.95. i too rang the usa for an rma number ans was informed that i wouldnmt get one, i poroceeded to tell the operator that i had cancelled my card and they would be getting no more money from me and she was very rude and told me it didn,t matter shes,d had my money and put the phone down on me. PLEASE NOTE:: if you change your card they can take no more monies from your avccount.
