Booked room through HotelsOne for a one night stay on April 28, 2012.
Hotel swiped my credit card as normal.
Got my credit card statement.
Statement showed two charges by hotel for $117.80
And one charge by HotelsOne for $157.07!
I called the hotel and they recinded both charges of $117.80
HotelsOne would not reduce their charge to $117.80.
So, "Lowest Price Guarantee"? Priceless.
Customer service department has no idea what customer service means in the hospitality business. Will never use their service again.
Suggest that you use their service to find your hotel and then call the hotel directly for the best price.
