I was looking for a Sony 16.4" screen when I found electbase.com who had one for $805. I ordered the laptop and thought it was a little odd when they wanted payment with an Amazon gift card. I thought about it for a minute and thought they are probably an affliliate of Amazon. I purchased the gift card from Amazon and emailed it to electbase.com like instructed. I received emails that my order was received, payment was received and ordered had shipped. However, there was no tracking number. I emailed them about the tracking number and they replied that their supplier had shipped some orders but had not given them the tracking numbers and that they would update my account when they received it. I never did received the tracking number or the laptop. After the promised delivery date had passed, I tried emailing them about not receiving the laptop and I got no reply. Then their website went down. Would like to help stop these people from doing this again to other people and would like to get my money back.
