Most of the issues I've seen with this site have to do with the monthly fee (which you have to agree too before they let you purchase anything), but the problem I'm having is them telling me my log in info is wrong every time i try to log in. Suddenly it works just fine on the 7th of every month which is too late to press the "skip this month" button. Every time I have tried to call they have put me on hold and hung up on me.
