i called their service number and talked to one of the ladies about canceling my vip membership and the purchases i did. I checked to see if i got my money back into my bank account and nothing. they even tried to stop me from canceling by saying its a good membership and i finally said just cancel it. They said yes and i check the shipment status and it was canceled, but i didn't get my money back
