I cancelled my account 2 weeks ago .However they charged me.They are refusing to refund my money,stating because the free account part was still there.I have saved pages saying my account was closed due to non payment.Spoke with a woman 2 days ago saying charges would be cancelled.My bank had payment on hold for 3 days.They put the payment thru any way.I have documentation proving my position.anybody else has any documention send copies to the attorney General in the U.S.Lets shut them down or make legal costs a problem.also since I cancelled by phone I can't delete my account.they keep making offers.after so many of there offers the option to delete disapears.
