Complaint 94298 Details

I ordered two pairs of shoes a week apart from this seller. Never received either order. Contacted the seller via email as that was the only available contact info and no response. I went through PayPal as that's how I paid for the items and PayPal told me they contacted the seller but because he provided proof of shipping there was nothing more they could do. I contacted the seller again requesting shipping info, and again, no response. Went back to PayPal who told me I would have to contact the seller there was nothing more they could do. I then went to my bank but because it was a PayPal transaction they referred me back to PayPal.

I received a sponge in the mail the other day and after reading some of the other complaints here realize it was from the seller. I am just realizing this scammer ships out these sponges in order to provide a shipping number so they can claim they've sent out the shipment and are not liable. Unbelievable.
