I purchased a pair of shoes from www.jillsmall.com. I sent payment through PayPal. I knew something was wrong when I didn't receive a confirmation from the website, even though my payment was accepted. I then googled "zhong xia wu" and came across the complaints on this website. I promptly submitted a claim on PayPal.
