We had a credit card machine of which was leased for four years. When the time was up I called and they wanted me to sign another lease. I advise them the company was in bankruptcy and did not know if they would still be in business for the next four years. He ( Derrick Jesselli) advise to go ahead and sign the lease and he would give me from December 1,2011 to March 1, 2012 and if I decided to not use it , advise them and send the machine back. I have a letter from him stating all of this. On February 9, 2012 I sent a letter, that I did not want the machine, and sent the machine back. Now they want over $1000.00 for me to buy out of the lease. He will not return my calls and others that I have talked to says they have no control what their outside sales people tell consumer. I have worked for the company for 5 years and they are going after me. I would never have signed the second lease had I known they were not going to uphold their end.
