In August of 2014 a rep.(David Bouchillon) for Payment Systems Inc. came in our store.He set us up stating he was going to save us money in processing credit card payments made in the store.This turned out not to be true.He left me only with a piece of paper he scribbled some figures on.So I called him 1 week later asking for a copy of all of the paper work.He said that he quit this job and could not help me.All I had was a paper that the heading said payment systems Orlando.After dealing with e BBB we discovered this commpany Payment Systems/Merchant Services is in California. Where I filed a complaint with the BBB.They finally closed a processing account,leaving me with equipment I am cannot use and a second party(LFG) billing me $205.00 a month.I was forced to close my checking account as a company like this is not having access to anything of mine.I only know of LFG because that is the address on the bill they sent to our store.
Payment Systems referd me to a company Americorp in N.Y.who said that all complaints are being dealt with by Payment Systems in California.

I tried to deal with these people nicely right from the start.But they would not return phone calls or emails. They have sent me in circles.
Orlando,NY,California,Chicago,and now I see a PO box in SD?
I have since looked into this on the internet and it is obvious I am not alone.
I have copies of all of my attemps to contact this
company. How can one sales person go up and down the street to good small business owners lie to them and then quit,this guy was hired to this and get out.
I do not know what to do.
Now since I closed my checking account LFG is harrassing me for payment. The latest is I am returning the equipment and will have to make a payment of 220.00 for the next 4 years. I am at a loss.
