Wanda Ashford from Elliot Management came to my home to sell me a credit card machine and the services. I found out the machinge was a lease for three years when I complained and ask to terminate the acct. Ms Wanda Ashford said I signed a three year lease on the processing and the machine and I would have to pay 653.oo to end the processing and the lease was a separate contract. After fighting with Elliot Management co. I agreed to pay 350.00 to save my credit. The Lease Finance company wanted 2,399.00. I could not afford this so I've been paying them since 2011. Now I'm tired and refuse to pay another dime this is fraud and we should not have to pay them. I have contacted the Attorney General Office in New York and they ask that I send the complaint in writing along with any written documents. I am also sending a complaint to Chicago AG and Texas AG and the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. I began to research this company and hundred of American Citizens have been scammed by this company from N. Carolina, Texas, Arizona, California and Illinois. This has to stop,I should not have to lose my good credit but I refuse to give them any dime.
