I recieved my unit on the first. When I open the the bag I notice that the wig looked nothing like the picture they had posted. I called and explained this to a guy that I barely could understand. He told me that was what I order, and when I flat iron it it would look like the photo. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. This hair was a nightmare, it knots, it is kinky, and thin, I tried it, and it looked the same . When I called back he told me that there was nothing he could do, HE too offered me TEN dollars, told me I would see it back in my account in a few days, NOT. I would never use this company again, if this is they way the treat their customers. I see all lot of people saying how happy they are with their purchases from that company, it has to be from the people that work there!!
