I'm still waiting on a refund for a wig that smelled like corn chips. I was informed that had received it back a few weeks ago. In the mean time Because I really needed a wig I had to purchase another wig ($313.00) that was supposed to be a full lace Virgin Remy curly and it was a tangled mess. I returned this one also. I had to wait until they got this second wig back. This took another 2 weeks. They sent me another wig as a replacement and it was as smelly as the first one. I'm out of so much return shipping money that I am going to have to keep this smelly wig. I'm still waiting on a refund for the first wig. This has been a minor nightmare. This has been going on since December 19, 2015. It is now February 2, 2016. I wonder when they are planning on returning my $221.00. Needless to say I am done with this company. Good luck to anyone else who chooses to be bothered.
