The first screen allowed you to order the special which was a purchase of 2 punches for $10 if you paid the s&h for the second one. I had no idea what shipping was but I decided that I would take the two punches with 2 shipping charges. In the next screen, they gave you a chance to place an additional order and you could choose "yes" or "no" and put in the number. First there was no "0" and the number showing was "1" and the "no" option would not register after pressing it several times. Then, I read the directions "just select the number you want and press yes." So, I assumed that the "1" stood for the first one I wanted and pressed yes. Now, I have 4 punches coming and there was no place to correct your order!!! It's a scam!!!!
