i first ordered a book 'three magic words' in feb 2011. the charge was 1.24 and 1.00 trial fee. starting that month feb 2011 thru feb 2012 they have charged my account 9.95. i orded books twice and have mysteriously been charged this monthy fee 13 times. i want my money back. i ordered books. i did not join any cub or membership. i called them and described my situation i stated i wanted all my money back (except for books purchased). it was pointed out that when i made my first purchase for 1.42 by being offered member price and of course picked that. i really believed these guys were discount. i did not knowingly accept any membership, nor did i read anywhere about monthy fees. i only
ordered books. i made another order in aug of 1012. i did not know of any 9.95 monthly fee until my wife asked me about one for this month. i then looked back and saw they have charged me 9.95 13 times. i want my 129.35 back. the person i spoke with offered 2 months refund and cancelled my "membership" i declined a refund until i researched my options hoping to get all my money returned and revealing the con game with others.
