International boundaries

They rang me saying they were attached with microsoft and windows support, and that my cpu was badly affected with virus.
they then got remote access of my cpu, showed me the alleged corupt files, they then fixed the issues, and got me to sign up to windows support so that it can not happen in the future.
They just rang me back today 23/2/2012 saying that my 12 month subscription has expired and my cpu is badly affected again...
