samples, all i had to pay was the cost of sending it. I order it on the 2nd of feb, and it didnt showed up in less than 4 days like it said. It came in the post today 17th of feb, and the same day they charged l saw the add on facebook then l did order for a trail, the pills did come after 4 days they came after a month and they had taken money in my account, now they are taking my money every fornight . they are not trustworthy when they do something like that. I feel so stupid for falling into this trap, I dont know what to do. I have no way of contacting them, no information on the company at all. so i have to call my bank tomorrow. on the envelope it says Bioslim [087]P.O.Box30816 salt lake city,UT84130

- Yeh I have had the same problem. You get charged for the product before you even get to trial it. I managed to get a number and cancelled my account only to find that I had "supposedly" ordered something else from them and I asked her if she could tell me how and when but she couldnt. There are a few contact numbers listed when you go to the sign up for free trial page scroll right to the bottom and there are a few words that are links. Click on Contacts and it should bring up some numbers. Hope this helps. I wish I could have reached through the phone and strangled them.....makes you mad when people take advantage of you like that.
