I bought a big printer from a US seller on eBay. This guy has thousands of sales and 100% positive feedback (I should have known this was strange, if not impossible). His trick is slow delivery. Because it was complicated to ship it took a long time to arrive. It arrived damaged. I sent the seller a claim. He replied he would be sending a replacement part. The replacement part never arrived and when I complained to eBay and Paypal, I learned that I had 45 days to complain and the delay was over. This is how this guy uses slow delivery to scam anybody. If ever you are not satisfied please make a claim before 45 days, after that Ebay and Paypal don't care about you.
