SMS/Text Message Complaint Company: Silicon Investments
T- Mobile charged $9.99. I called them and ask for reverse, but they denied tell me this bill from third party. I e mail third party and still not resolve this problem yet. T-Mobile do not help their client at all. We pay for service and then they ignore customer 's problem. We have no trouble since with Verizon. May think switch back to Verizon.
