At the beging of last year I got a call from this VCollect company saying that my husband owed money for a payday loan and that we needed to pay it or he was going to go to jail... So being the wife I am I said ok how much do we owe, and Officer Andy told me that I would pay the amount owed over a 6 week payment of 100 dollers a week. I said ok lets set it up, so Officer Andy told me to write a letter saying they have permision to take out 100 a week starting that friday and write down all the dates that the payments would be made and also they needed a copey of our credit card and copy of my drivers licence since i was the one that made the arrangments and to fax them to him so not thinking anything of it I DID Fax all the info that he asked for.... So every week VCollect took 100 bucks off our credit card and it stoped after the last payment was made to total of 600 bucks! Well Feb,1,2012 I happen to go online and look at my card on line to see how much we had on it at there was a balace of 56 dollers on it.. Now this is a prepaid credit card and I pay all of our bills with it.... So today I went to make sure we still had the money on the card and to see how much i had to add to the 56 dollers so i could pay a bill... Well I got a big suprise to see that my balace was -804.57 so i got to looking and this VCollect ppl tried to take 850.00 dollars off my card well they only got 56 dollars and some change off it but since they tried taking 850.00 off of it it left my card negitive 804.57... I tried calling the number of 888-528-3690 and all i got was a answering mechine saying leave your name and number and the voice was a foren voice... WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I so want to knw why they are doing this to ppl that work every day to suport thier family.......
