I had called the bank to transfer money to pay a bill and was told I was over drawn on my account of $ 1,420.00. The bank gave me a number to contact and when I called the number it was no longer a number in service. I went to the bank and filled a complant and disputed the charges. As of today 1/30/2012 I have recieved through my bank that VCollect was given my Driver's license and permition to take the above amount out of my account. I am on Social Security and don't have that kind of money to do something that stupid. I have made calls to every number on the papers from the bank and have demanded some satisfaction to no avail and plan to keep on them till I get answers. I will not let this rest!!!
