This company and its Reseller Sands Merchant Service are commencing fraud in State of AZ. They make fake agreement, take out signature, and add terms and condition after you sign the agreement. They get the bank information, and steel money over. When you want to complain, they always give reference of the agreement. Today I requested them to send the agreement they are talking about, and it was ABSOLUTE DIFFERENT then the original. They added terms and condition, started using bad words on phone call. They are scammer and Fraud. The guy from SANDS MERCHANT SERVICES named SHANE PETER is an active member in all the Merchant Account fraud they are carrying out nationwide.

  • I have the exact same transactions on my Bank of America visa. The transactions were processed on 1/21/12. I called the bank yesterday, cancelled the card, and they are processing a chargeback. I don't even know how they got my card number as I haven't used it in over a year.
