I woke up to find my account debited $903.00 on three charge backs. Fraud... To have the charge backs I would have first had the money into my account for work done for clients. There were no credits into my account. I called their office and finally got someone in customer service tell me that the money was sent back to the clients based of charge back. When I told the women on the phone that first... There was no credit into my account for any money... I had just deposited $200.00 cash the day before to cover expenses... When I pushed more I got silence. Then then told me to fill out this form that they sent me in order for their company to get back my money.. There was NO MONEY... NO BUSINESS done at the time. I went to my Business Bank the next day to put a stop payment on the transaction. Two weeks later Total Merchants tried to charge me for another....$160.00? I stopped that and cancelled my account. I sent back the equipment they had shipped me - registered mail.... And sent a letter to stop any and all service with them. They are still trying to collect on a business transaction that never happened. Stay away from this company at all costs.
