Vincent Arehart, a representative from this company came into my business and lied to me about card processing costs.

I was given a .5% transaction fee plus $0.03 and no monthly basic fee. He filled out a Merchant Application form and gave me a copy of it. However the copy he gave North American Bancard had scribbles on it and different prices written down that I was unaware of.

I called North American Bancard because I received a monthly statement in which there was a monthly basic service fee. That is when North American Bancard faxed me the Merchant Application Vincent Arehart submitted to them and it was completely different from the one I had.

Thankfully this happened recently so I was not scammed out of any money and being repaid the monthly fee I was charged.

I'm firing an investigation on this guy and this company so that others aren't victimized by this scam. Stay away from Vincent Arehart and Total Merchant Services.
