Back in November, they did not send us a bill, so we did not know the amount to pay. They turned off our service (TV and Internet), and we called to have an extension on service for a few more days. They said, since we did not have full service we did not have to pay the full amount of $95. We would only have to pay $90. We did that. We made the payment on 12/12/11. This was for a FULL month of service. On 12/30/11, they shut off the service again and said we now owe an amount of $290 to return service. We had never been late on a payment and we do not know how the bill got so high. They advertised that the services was $90. After a month the payment went to $95. I had no problem paying an extra $5. Now our bill is $290 after having services for three months. They also advertise on TV a 24/7 (any time any day) Customer Service Helpline, that was unavailable on 12/30/2011. Our neighbors had the same problem with this company. They came to their door yelling and screaming about a payment. We all had our services canceled. Their prices cannot be what they advertise. They said, once we pay the $290, they would return services for a month, which after we would have to pay the $95.
