I was called and told by the person calling that they were from Microsoft and asked about the problems I was having with my computer. He said I see you are having problems with your computer. And I was. I was told they would clean up my computer, and for $139.99 I would be covered for 1 year with monthly clean up. I am now being charged a $15.95 monthly fee. I specifically asked if the $139.99 was the only fee involved. I now find out that they are not a Microsoft company and that this is a scam. We were told that they were based in Texas.
