The technician on the phone told me my CPU usage after he was done would be over 50%. It's still at 4-5%. He also told me lies about how my 82 processes in the system running should not be that many, and when he was done he'll have it down to half, because half of them are viruses. The very last, MAIN thing......he told me he would NOT delete any of my personal info. or files. I went on today (it was finished last night) for work, and my password for my program, along with other things such as really important programs to other spyware programs were deleted. I can't get this password for 2 days now and I can't work without it. I called the owner and left a message for him to call back, when he did he told me he'll see what's going on and call me back. After a few hours I ended up getting a call from his technician!!! Basically he tried to "pass the buck" to his workers to smooh this out to avoid giving my money back. I told the technician I want the owner, once again, to call me. I even called him back and to a surprise he didn't answer, so I left, yet another message. He hasn't called me back and I think he's avoiding my calls. He's been screening my calls, and now that I got a hold of him on a different phone number, he told me he'll give me my money back when he feels ike it. He said maybe a few weeks, because I reported him to the BBB. Very unproffessional!!

Update: 01/31/2014

update........he just left a voicemail stating he WILL NOT refund my money and I have to dispute it with my girlfriend's bank. huh??!!
