Ordered UGG boots for Christmas the merchandise code on the site was the same for the ladies classic boot. The number on the poorly constructed boot I got in the mail was different. Obviously a fake and not a good one. The dye smell is so strong it was relagated to the outside shed. I can no longer access the web site. I did try to email so I could complain and return the boots but no reply. The package did not have a return address. The official UGG website does have a fraud area. I reported this company to them. They also have an area you can look up a website and they will tell you if it is a legitimate retailer or not. Wish I had checked prior to order. My bank is also looking into the fraud so I can get my money back.
