On 3/30/11, I ordered LeanSpa and was charged the expected $4.95. Per their website, I had 30 days to return the bottle or be sent a 2nd bottle and charged $79.99. The 2nd bottle and charge appeared after 10 days.

Per their policy, I cancelled my account and returned the unused portions for a refund. After 5 phone calls and an unanswered email, I still have not received the promised refund. I am currently on hold again waiting for someone to pick up. Not looking promising.

I wish I had checked the CT BBB site before ordering as they have a D rating.
