After the initial trial offer I cancelled my order so I would not be charged or sent any more product. (This crap does not work) Of course the cancellation was not processed and they continued to send the product for two months after that and charge my account. I tried repeatedly to contact a live person to resolve that but it was virtually impossible. I finally got in touch with someone and they confirmed the cancellation and gave me instructions on returning the product. I returned three months worth of the product within the timeframe that was required. I have the confirmation email of the cancellatin and I was smart enough to keep my proof of return with FED EX. I finally got in touch with one of thier representatives who confimred that I was entitled to my refund and said a refund was being sent to me (I have that email too) Althought they claim I am only due two months worth. I am hoping you are sucessful with a class action suit and can help those of us who are a victim of this fraudulant activity.
