I have a seller's account on Ebay. I sold some items at auction and was to have the money deposited to my PayPal account. The items have been shipped and I have even gotten positive feedback from the buyers. For some reason, this week I received an email from Ebay saying that my account was being suspended but no reason was given. I was unable to call them about it until today due to the holiday and both times I talked to them (one of the CS people was named Joshua-cannot remember the first one) I was told that my account was being suspended indefinitely due to "risk," but they would not tell me what the risk was because, according to them, they are not allowed to tell me. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that I would be told the same thing and then they hung up on me just after thanking me for being an Ebay customer! I believe I have the right to know just why I am a "risk" and to refute this lie.
