Exactly like all the other testimonies, I continued to get kicked of the item I was bidding on and several times when I should have won the item (according to the clock) the screen would freeze and then other bidders would be in the lead. This happened repeatedly. I emailed customer support and complained that the web site quit working while I was in a heated bid. They gave me 35 bids back even though I know I had 45 to 60 bids in on that particular item. In fairness, I would say I did get some decent customer service but today I logged in and still can't use my "free spin" and the auctions are not working (no price visible and the clocks aren't working). The site is a total scam and I know I'll just get screwed out of the rest of my bids. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SITE! IT'S A TOTAL JOKE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT I KNOW IT WON'T HAPPEN.
