The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
they advertised free services for setting up a domain, etc..but little by little-- the company kept adding tidbits- such as.. in order to generate traffic to your site, you need to pay 'x' amount... etc. so what began as 'free' -- never truly was free at all. Approximate charges were about $300.00 that I paid before I decided to investigate further.
