    We process refunds the same day we receive them. Once we process it on our end, it is up to your financial institution to put the funds back on your card. Sometimes this can take up to 10 days. It all depends on your financial institution. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact the institution that issued your card.
