I ordered their plantar-fasciitis-night-splint in a medium size and received a small. The small does not work. I have sent 3 emails to them and have not got any response. The phone number listed on their site does not work either. Oddly enough one week after ordering from them my debit card I used to order was hacked and about a 1000 dollars was attempted to be put on it in Japan.
